Section 16:51-8.1 - Commencement of operations

(a) The operation of a route that has been approved by the Division shall be inaugurated within 60 days from the date of said approval. Failure to do so shall terminate the Divisions approval and make the same inoperative and void.

(b) The appropriate Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity or other authority shall be maintained on every vehicle subject to this chapter during the operation of that vehicle.
