Section 16:51-6.1 - Purpose

(a) Informal conferences of parties or their attorneys may be held at any time.

(b) Unaccepted proposals of settlement and proposed stipulations not agreed to shall not be taken into account in the Divisions disposition of a petition or other pleading.
