Section 16:51-10.2 - Periodic reports

(a) Every autobus utility shall file with the Division on or before March 31 of each year a summary of its finances and operations for the preceding calendar year on forms prescribed and furnished by the Division; this does not apply to any person or party who possesses a valid Certificate to conduct autobus operations. In special instances, autobus utilities may be required to submit reports quarterly and monthly as directed by the Division. Other periodic reports shall be filed on or before the due date noted on the report form.

(b) In the event that any report required pursuant to (a) above cannot be filed within time, an extension of time for good cause may be granted by the Division, provided that the extension is requested prior to the expiration of time within which the report is due.
