Section 16:51-1.1 - Scope

(a) The rules in this chapter shall govern the filing of all pleadings and the practice and procedure of matters before the Motor Vehicle Commission of the State of New Jersey unless otherwise ordered.

(b) The rules in this chapter set forth operational and administrative duties of licensed autobus companies.

(c) Upon determination that a matter constitutes a contested case, the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1 shall apply.
