Section 16:41E-1.2 - Scope

(a) The Logo Program will be implemented only on certain designated limited access highways and interstate highways that the Department has identified as available for logo signage. The list of highways is available at www.nj.gov/transportation/business/signs/logo/.

(b) The Logo Program shall comply with the standards of the MUTCD with regard to the design and placement of signs, as well as N.J.S.A. 27:7-21.12.c.

(c) Sign lighting will not be permitted.
