The Department's standards are published in the New Jersey Department of Transportation Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Standards, 2008 edition, incorporated herein by reference, as amended and supplemented, and are the technical basis for Department certification of soil erosion and sediment control plans for Department construction projects.
