Section 16:1A-3.4 - Notice of rulemaking proposals

(a) When the Department makes a rulemaking proposal in the New Jersey Register, the Department shall distribute a notice of the rulemaking proposal to the news media maintaining a press office in the State House Complex.

(b) When the Department makes a rulemaking proposal in the New Jersey Register, the notice will also be available on the Department's website at www.state.nj.us/transportation/about/rules/proposals.shtm.
