Section 15:30-1.5 - Technical assistance from the Office of Planning Advocacy
(a) The Office of Planning Advocacy shall provide technical assistance to negotiating entities and petitioners, as may be needed to fulfill their responsibilities pursuant to this chapter.
(b) Technical assistance may be in the form of a Cross-Acceptance Manual and Plan Endorsement Guidelines issued by the State Planning Commission, advice and consultation on plan comparisons, assistance with population and employment projections and distribution, and other assistance within the resources of the Office of Planning Advocacy.
