The words and terms used in this subchapter shall have the standard meanings as established in ANSI/AIIM TR2-1998, Glossary of Document Technologies, incorporated herein by reference, as amended and supplemented, and in ARMA A4759 (2007), Glossary of Records and Information Management Terms, incorporated herein by reference, as amended and supplemented, except as otherwise defined in Title 47 of the State statutes or in rules promulgated by the Division of Archives and Records Management as approved by the State Records Committee, including those contained in N.J.A.C. 15:3-4.2.
