Section 15:23-3.3 - Penalties for public libraries for failure to comply

If a library system fails to employ certified professional librarians as regulated by 15:21-2.3 and 2.4, the State Librarian may reduce State Library Aid to such public library system pursuant to 15:21-2.7.
