Section 15:22-1.4 - Library cooperative; formation

(a) The State Librarian shall establish and designate the library cooperative.

(b) The established and designated library cooperative shall constitute a council of members and shall be incorporated as a nonprofit corporation pursuant to N.J.S.A. 15A:1-1et seq. The council of members shall organize, elect an executive board, and adopt bylaws within six months.
