Section 14:9-6.3 - Construction
(a) This subchapter shall be liberally construed to permit the Department and the Board to discharge their statutory functions.
(b) The Department and the Board may jointly amend, repeal, or rescind this subchapter from time to time in conformance with the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq., and any rules promulgated pursuant thereto.
