Section 14:9-3.1 - Pressure and volume of water
(a) Each water utility shall ensure that it provides water at adequate pressure and volume. For the purposes of this section, the pressure and volume of water shall be measured at the curb of the property being served, or if there is no curb, at the point of connection with the customer's service line.
(b) Each water utility shall maintain sufficient pressure and volume of water at all fire hydrants to assure adequate streams for the fighting of fires.
