Section 14:6-3.14 - Drug and alcohol testing; incorporation by reference of Federal regulations(a) The Board hereby adopts, by reference, as though set out in full, the current edition (and amendments as issued) of Drug and Alcohol Testing, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 40 and 199 (Federal Code).(b) Each gas company employee, as defined in Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 40 and 199, shall be tested for the presence of prohibited drugs and alcohol and shall be provided with an employee assistance program as required by Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 40 and 199.N.J. Admin. Code § 14:6-3.14
