Section 14:6-3.12 - Emergency personnel
(a) Each gas utility shall have available and equipped an adequate number of personnel to promptly handle gas emergencies on a 24-hour a day, seven days a week basis. Emergency personnel must be able to reach all parts of the company's service area as rapidly as possible.
(b) Each employee who would respond to a gas emergency shall have adequate training in the proper procedures for handling gas emergencies, including but not limited to emergency shutdown procedures.
