Section 14:5-8.2 - Reliability performance levels

(a) Each EDC shall take reasonable measures to perform better (that is, to have lower numerical values) than the minimum reliability levels for CAIDI and SAIFI in 14:5-8.5.

(b) Performance that is worse (that is, that has higher numerical values) than the minimum reliability levels for CAIDI and SAIFI in this subchapter is a violation of this chapter and may be subject to penalty.
