Section 14:4-7.9 - Complaints(a) A TPS shall use good faith efforts to respond to and resolve all complaints promptly.(b) If a TPS has been advised that the customer is not satisfied with the TPS's response, the TPS shall advise the customer that the customer can contact the Board, at 1-800-624-0241, to request an alternate dispute resolution procedure or to file a formal complaint.(c) A TPS shall maintain a record of the complaints received, how resolved, and still pending, for review by the Board upon request, within three days notice.
