Section 14:18-13.9 - Applicability of N.J.A.C. 14:18-11 to municipal-consent-based franchise renewal process

Except for provisions of this subchapter to the contrary, the provisions of N.J.A.C. 14:18-11 shall apply to the municipal-consent-based franchise renewal process.
