Section 14:18-11.11 - Record of hearing

The municipal governing body will cause to be made a record of all public hearings conducted pursuant to the requirements of 48:5A-23, which record with all papers filed in the proceeding and, if applicable, the report of citizens' committee referred to herein above shall constitute the record for decision. Record of the hearing shall be made in the manner in which the municipality causes its general public hearing records to be made.
