Section 14:17-4.2 - Number of copies(a) Unless otherwise required or permitted by N.J.A.C. 14:1-4.2, there shall be filed with the Board for its own use, an original and 10 conformed copies of each pleading or other paper and amendment thereof, and in addition, an electronic version of each filing, proceeding, or other paper and amendment thereof.(b) Where a pleading originating a proceeding is filed by a party other than a cable television company subject to the jurisdiction of the Board, one additional conformed copy shall be filed for each respondent named therein for service by the Secretary in accordance with the provisions of 14:17-4.5. (c) The provisions of this section shall not apply to electronic filings made pursuant to 14:1-4.2A.N.J. Admin. Code § 14:17-4.2
