In addition to acting pursuant to N.J.A.C. 14:10-5.7 to withdraw a competitive service, a carrier may withdraw competitive service from new customers, but legacy a competitive service after providing one day notice of the discontinuance to all customers and the Board. As used in this section, "legacy" means offering a service that is no longer available to new customers, but is still provided to existing customers.
