A telecommunications carrier shall make available its rates, terms, and conditions of service and/or product guide for all of its retail competitive services for public inspection on its website and a printed copy of its rates, terms, and conditions of service and/or product guide must be provided upon request of a customer. A telecommunications carrier providing such services, shall provide the Board and Rate Counsel with a link to the carrier's website where its rates, terms, and conditions of service and/or product guide are located, for inclusion on the Board's website.
