Section 14:10-1A.2 - General provisions

(a) In addition to the requirements in this chapter, telephone utilities are subject to all applicable requirements of the Board's rules for all utilities at N.J.A.C. 14:3.

(b) A telephone utility shall, when requested, furnish appropriate information concerning location of underground facilities, as necessary to comply with the Board's rules for protection of underground facilities at N.J.A.C. 14:2.
