Section 14:1-2.1 - Amount of fees and charges

The Board has been empowered, authorized and required by law to charge and collect fees and charges more particularly set forth in 48:2-56. Pursuant to 48:2-72, however, the collection of such fees and charges shall be inapplicable to public utilities subject to assessment as provided in Title 48 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated.
