Section 13:95-20.9 - Visits from children(a) Children under the age of 18 shall not be permitted to visit unless accompanied by an adult family member of the child defined as a "relative." (See 13:95-20.4.)(b) In unusual circumstances, exceptions to (a) above may be made by special approval of the Superintendent or designee.(c) The adult family member who accompanies the child shall be responsible for the supervision of the child during the visit.N.J.
