Section 13:95-14.17 - Policies of the Office of Administration(a) The Office of Administration shall be responsible for formulating written policies to help ensure compliance with New Jersey health codes, acceptable water supply, waste disposal methods and control of vermin and pests. 1. These policies shall be reviewed annually and updated when necessary.2. All policy revisions and annual updates shall be sent to each secure facility.N.J. Admin. Code § 13:95-14.17
