Section 13:79-4.4 - Grantee requirements
(a) A municipality that receives a grant under this program shall maintain the following:
1. A bookkeeping system, records and separate grant files to account for all grant monies spent and all matching funds contributed to the program; and
2. A separate account for all grant monies.
(b) An accounting system that conforms to generally accepted accounting standards.
