Section 13:75-2.3 - Secondary victim eligibility

(a) Secondary victims need not be present during the actual commission of the crime.

(b) In assessing the eligibility of secondary victims, the Office will be guided by 52:4B-10 and 18, 13:75-2.1, and any other factors deemed relevant based on the particular circumstances of the application.
