Section 13:74C-5.9 - Exchange wagering pools; no takeout requirement

(a) Notwithstanding any other law or rule to the contrary, the exchange wagering licensee shall not be required to include any pools of exchange wagers in the wagering pools at the track conducting the races. However, in the event that the exchange wagering licensee determines to do so, the exchange wagering licensee shall obtain approval in advance from the Commission.

(b) Notwithstanding any other law or rule to the contrary, the exchange wagering licensee shall not be required to retain, withhold, or take out any amounts from any exchange wagers. However, in the event that the exchange wagering licensee determines to do so, the exchange wagering licensee shall obtain approval in advance from the Commission, as required pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:74C-5.11.
