Section 13:71-7.22 - Nonresident defined

(a) Any person who has voted within two years in any state other than New Jersey since casting his last vote in New Jersey, or who has made representation within two years that he is a citizen or resident of a state other than New Jersey shall be considered not a resident of New Jersey.

(b) The Commission shall make decision of the citizenship and residence of each employee under the laws of the State of New Jersey and the rules, regulations and conditions of the Commission which shall be binding upon the employees and the race track association.
