Section 13:69F-21.11 - Continuous shuffling shoe or device

In lieu of the dealing and shuffling requirements set forth in 13:69F-21.5 and 21.7, a casino licensee may utilize a dealing shoe or other device designed to automatically reshuffle the cards, provided that such shoe or device and the procedures for dealing and shuffling the cards through the use of this device are in accordance with the casino licensee's internal control procedures.
