Section 13:69C-5.2 - Continuing licensure
(a) In accordance with N.J.S.A. 5:12-87e and 87.1, a casino license, once issued, is held with no expiration date.
(b) A casino license will continue in full force and effect subject to the requirements of the Act, the Commission's rules, and the Division's rules, including, but not limited to, N.J.A.C. 13:69C-5A, 5B and 11.
(c) The retention of a casino license shall be subject to the submission, no later than five years after the date of the issuance of a casino license and every five years thereafter, or within such lesser periods as the Division may direct, of the filings required by 5:12-87.1 and N.J.A.C. 13:69C-11.
