Chapter 58, Plan of Operations for Donations of Federal Surplus Property, was adopted pursuant to authority of N.J.S.A. 52:17B-4.d. and was originally filed and became effective as an Emergency Rule, filed June 29, 1984 with an expiration date of August 28, 1984 as R.1984 d.307. See: 16 New Jersey Register 2010(a). The chapter was readopted as a new rule, filed and effective 9/17/1984 as R.1984 d.420. See: 16 New Jersey Register 2010(a), 16 New Jersey Register 2446(a). The chapter expired on 9/7/1989 pursuant to Executive Order No. 66 (1978).
