Section 13:56-1.10 - Temporary permits

(a) Temporary parking permits may be issued by the issuing agent and the State Police officer in charge of the State Police personnel at the State Capitol for emergency purposes or for any other purpose that may be necessary for official State business.

(b) These permits are valid only for the dates printed thereon.

(c) Permits issued under this section will be affixed to the drivers sun visor, or placed on the dashboard, so as to be clearly visible through the front windshield.
