Section 13:54-4.10 - Revocation of certificate of registration(a) Any certificate of registration may be revoked for breach of any of the conditions under which it was granted, or any conditions provided for in this chapter by the Superintendent, after written notice to all affected parties and a hearing, if requested.(b) Any employee license may be revoked for breach of any conditions under which it was granted, or any conditions provided for in this chapter, by the Superintendent, after written notice to all affected parties and a hearing, if requested.(c) Any certificate of registration or employee license shall be revoked by the Superintendent, after written notice to all affected parties and a hearing, if requested, if the holder no longer qualifies for the issuance of a permit to purchase a handgun or a firearms purchaser identification card, or if the person poses a danger to the public health, safety or welfare.(d) Any person having knowledge that a person registered or licensed pursuant to this subchapter has violated any of the foregoing conditions or is otherwise unqualified to hold a registration or license may notify any law enforcement officer, who shall in turn notify the Superintendent, who may take such action as may be deemed appropriate.N.J.
