Section 13:48-4.2 - Short form renewal

(a) A charitable organization that has filed an initial short form registration shall file a short form for renewal of its registration within six months after the close of its fiscal year provided the organization continues to meet the requirements of 13:48-4.1(a).

(b) If an extension for filing the short form renewal was requested, a copy of the request shall accompany the short form renewal.
