Section 13:47A-14.11 - Service of subpoenas

Service of subpoenas issued in investigative proceedings shall be effected in the manner prescribed by 13:47A-13.7 through 13.10, inclusive, including service upon an attorney who has filed an appearance pursuant to 13:47A-13.3 through 13.6. Investigatory subpoenas may be issued to persons within or without the State of New Jersey.
