Section 13:47A-13.8 - Service upon persons not represented by counsel

Service of subpoenas, complaints, summonses, orders, notices or other written communications upon persons not represented by counsel in matters before the Bureau shall be made in accordance with 1:1-7.1(a). Service by mail shall be complete upon mailing.
