Section 13:47-8.42 - Instant raffle game or punch-board game: ban; recall; defective deals; refunds(a) A distributor and manufacturer shall maintain complete, accurate, and legible general and subsidiary accounting records. The records shall be retained for three years measured from the date of sale, and shall include, by month: 1. Purchase orders reflecting the name, address, and identification number of the registered organization for any service or equipment for use in, or in connection with, the sale or distribution of any instant raffle game or punch-board game in this State;2. Sales invoices reflecting the name, address, and identification number of the registered organization for any service or equipment for use in, or in connection with, the sale or distribution of any instant raffle game or punch-board game in this State; and3.
