A person licensed by the Control Commission who is to be compensated for services rendered to a registered organization in connection with holding, operating or conducting or assisting in the holding, operating or conducting games of chance shall be compensated at a rate that is not less than the minimum wage required to be paid by employers to their employees established pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56a 4, as amended and supplemented.
