Section 13:47-6.21 - Conduct by unaffiliated organizations

(a) Two or more unaffiliated organizations may not conduct bingo at the same place on the same day except as provided in 13:47-14.3(c).

(b) Two or more unaffiliated organizations may conduct raffles at the same place at the same time.
