Section 13:47-18.4 - Personnel; compensation; qualifications

(a) In addition to bookkeepers and accountants, who may be compensated pursuant to 13:47-6.5, a person approved by the Control Commission pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:47-19 who is not a member of the licensed organization, an auxiliary or affiliated organization may be compensated for services as a cashier or projectionist at an armchair race, but only in the amounts set forth in the schedule in 13:47-16.2.

(b) An armchair race holder or operator shall be thoroughly familiar with the method of armchair race operations as set forth in this subchapter.
