Section 13:45A-17.13 - Requirements of certain home improvement contracts

In addition to the requirements of a home improvement contract pursuant to 13:45A-16.2, every home improvement contract in which a person required to be registered as a home improvement contractor is a party shall comply with the provisions of 56:8-151.
