Section 13:45A-10.4 - Exceptions

(a) The provisions of 13:45A-10.2 and 10.3 above shall not apply to the repair and servicing of the following if the repair or servicing required is such as to constitute an emergency which presents an imminent hazard or threat to life or health:

1. Gas or oil consuming appliances;

2. Central heating and cooling systems;

3. Heat pumps;

4. Self contained combination heating and cooling systems.
