Section 13:44G-4.4 - Refusal to issue, suspension or revocation of license or certification

The Board may refuse to issue or renew or may suspend or revoke any license or certification issued by the Board, after an opportunity to be heard pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq., for any of the reasons set forth in 45:1-21.
