Section 13:40-12.3 - No-fee retired licensee

(a) A licensee who seeks no-fee retired licensee status shall submit a completed application form furnished by the Board which contains the licensee's current address, telephone number, and information concerning disciplinary matters.

(b) The Board shall review the submission as set forth in (a) above. If the applicant meets the requirements of 13:40-12.1(a), the Board shall declare the licensee retired, and shall place the licensee on the retired status list. The licensee shall not be required to renew the no-fee status biennially.
