Section 13:4-1.3 - Practice where rules do not govern
(a) The Director may rescind, amend, or expand this chapter from time to time, as necessary, to comply with the Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. 10:5-1et seq., or the Family Leave Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11B-1et seq., and such new rules shall be filed with the Office of Administrative Law.
(b) In any matter that arises not governed by this chapter, the Director shall exercise their discretion.
