Section 13:39-3.11 - Responsibilities of pharmacists

(a) All pharmacists shall be responsible for compliance with all the rules, regulations and laws governing the practice of pharmacy.

(b) Any pharmacist found to have violated the New Jersey Pharmacy Practice Act, 45:14-40 et seq., or the rules in this chapter, shall be subject to disciplinary action.
