Section 13:39-1.5 - Opportunity to be heard

(a) Any time the Board seeks to impose a disciplinary sanction upon a licensee, the licensee may request an opportunity to be heard by the Board.

(b) When demonstrated facts are in dispute, a hearing shall be conducted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq., and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.
