Section 13:36-4.16 - Responsibilities of licensee and owner

(a) All licensees and owners shall be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations governing the practice of mortuary science in the State.

(b) Violations of the Mortuary Science Act, 45:7-32 et seq. or the rules of this chapter by a licensee or owner may subject the licensee or owner to disciplinary action.
